All Blackheath Cooks events are delivered by chefs and teachers with full public liability insurance and professional
qualifications including First Aid and Food Hygiene. Adult are however responsible for their own safety during all our
events. Munchkins Classes are delivered by teachers with CRB checks and qualifications to care for children.
Cancellation Policy: We take full payment at the time of booking, and we do not offer refunds. However, if your plans change we will be happy to re-schedule your booking or give you a voucher to the value of the full amount if cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to the class. With one week’s notice of cancellation we will give you a voucher to the value of 50% of the fee paid, or carry over that amount to a future booking. We regret that we are not able to re-schedule or issue a voucher if you do not turn up on the day, or if you cancel your booking with less than one weeks notice. This is due to the fact that our class sizes are very limited, and we use fresh produce and ingredients which will be wasted if you do not come. If you are unable to attend your workshop at the last minute we suggest that you find a friend to take your place rather than ask us for a refund. We understand that unforeseen events occur, but as our policy states “no refunds” please do not put our staff in a difficult position by asking for one. For group bookings or parties (4 or more people) we require 4 weeks notice of change or cancellation.
